I usually go to Martenizing across the street, but I was running late to work so I just stopped by Widmers because they are closer in proximity to my office. The lady that worked at Widmers was not friendly at all! After me giving her my info she asks when do you want these done? I tell her tomorrow is fine because I thought next day service is standard. Martenizing does next day for me all the time. She then rudely replies, "ok you need them rushed." I asked her does it cost extra and she says no acting as if she's doing me a favor or something. I go to pick my stuff up today and they charged me $65 and some change to dry clean 3 pairs of jeans, 1 pair of Khakis and 3 sweaters! Martenizing can do that for half the price! I made a mistake by not checking my clothes before I left. I get home and all my jeans are starched and deeply creased! And one of my darker jeans are faded! I've taken jeans to numerous dry cleaners and that has never happened to me before! They are closed right now so I can't take them back and I have a flight first thing in the morning! I put my trust in them! I thought they were reliable and good since they seem to be a good name brand, but they have lost my trust and endorsement unless they fix this!
